摘 要:针对传统的机械清除及投加氯系杀菌剂无法控制沿海电站海水直流冷却系统软体类海生物滋生的问题,本文分析了常用海生物控制方法的优缺点,介绍了TRL-2004C环保型海生物抑制剂的作用机理,通过污损海生物控制性能试验和微生物控制性能试验证明其安全有效,并监测其在电厂海水直流冷却系统海生物污染控制中的应用。结果表明:采用该抑制剂与次氯酸钠交替投加的加药方案4年多来,污损海生物杀灭率高达80%,冷却水系统设备基本无污染性海生物附着,未发生凝汽器管贝类附着等堵塞现象。该方案提高了凝汽器钛管、闭式水热交换器、真空泵冷却器等换热效果,具有可观的经济效益及社会效益,为直流式海水冷却系统的海生物污染控制提供了一种有效的解决方案。The breeding of marine mollusks in once-through cooling system of coastal power plants can not be effectively controlled using the conventional mechanical removal and organochlorine fungicide addition method. To solve this problem,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the regular control methods for marine biology growth,and introduces the TRL-2004C environmentally friendly sea creatures inhibitor. The action mechanism of this TRL-2004C sea creatures inhibitor was presented,and its effectiveness was verified by the polluted marine biology performance test and micro marine biology performance test. Moreover,the application of the TRL-2004C sea creatures inhibitor in the once-through seawater cooling system was monitored. The results show that, after four years' application of this inhibitor dosing alternately with sodium hypochlorite dosing regimen, the marine fouling organisms inhibition rate reached up to 80%,and nearly no pollutant sea creatures was found in the cooling system. The occurrence of condenser tube blockage caused by shellfish growth didn't occur again. The heat transfer performance of the condenser titanium tube, closed loop cooler and vacuum pump cooler was improved,indicating a considerable economic benefit and social benefit. It provides an effective solution for pollutants control for marine organisms in once-through seawater cooling system.
