悬移支架顶梁快速安装托举装置的设计与应用

摘　　要：悬移支架的安装关键在于顶梁的托举,针对目前人工托举顶梁效率低、劳动强度大且不安全的现状,研究设计了悬移支架顶梁快速安装托举装置,可将悬移支架顶梁快速举升一定高度,方便支柱的安装,该装置在郑州煤电股份有限公司芦沟矿使用表明,工作效率较人工提高2倍,减少人员50%。The install key of suspended bracket lies in the lift of top beam, study and design a fast installation lifting device of suspended bracket top beam, which is aimed at the current situation of the low efficiency, large labor intensity and unsafe of artificial lift, it can lift the suspended bracket top beam for a certain height and make a convenient to the installation of pillar. The use of the devicein Lugou mine of Zhengzhou coal and electric Ltd., shows that the work efficiency is 2 times higher than the artificial lift, and the staff is reduced by 50%.
