摘 要:为了研究球红假单孢菌产煤炭生物絮凝剂的发酵培养条件,利用Plackett-Burman法、最陡爬坡试验和Box-Behnken设计对球红假单孢菌培养基成分进行响应面优化。通过PlackettBurman法筛选出影响球红假单孢菌产煤炭生物絮凝剂培养基的显著因素为MnCl_2、NaCl和NaHCO_3。经响应面优化后,得到MnCl_2、NaCl和NaHCO_3的最佳浓度分别为0.04%、0.01%和0.16%。在此条件下培养得到的微生物絮凝剂,煤泥水的透光率可达66.8%,是原来煤泥水透光率的1.27倍。In order to study the fermentation conditions of Rhodopseudomonas spheroids producing coal bioflocculant, the composition of medium for Rhodopseudomonas spheroides was studied by Plackett-Burman method, steepest ascent experiment and Box-Behnken design. The significant factors influencing medium for Rhodopseudomonas spheroides producing coal bioflocculant, which screened by Plackett-Burman method, were MnCl2, NaCl and NaHCO3. The optimal concentrations of these significant factors were obtained by response surface analysis as follows: MnCl2 0.04%, NaCl 0.01% and NaHCO3 0.16%. Transmittance reached 66.8% by using this optimal medium, which was as 1.27 times as that of the original slime water.
