丝绸之路经济带铁路运输联通问题研究

摘　　要：在阐述丝绸之路经济带铁路运输通道现状的基础上,从交通基础设施联通差、正向和逆向物流量不平衡、运输价格高、运输协调机制弱四个方面分析了丝绸之路经济带铁路运输联通存在的问题,并从以下四个方面提出了缓解铁路运输联通问题的对策,一是逐步实现铁路轨距的统一;二是采取多种措施促进双向物流量的平衡;三是保持线路及运价的稳定,减小运输成本,降低运输价格;四是完善运输协调机制。Based on the Silk Road Economic Zone status of railway transport, transport infrastructure from China Unicom, the forward and reverse logisties unbalance, transportation price is high, weak transport coordination mechanisms in four aspects of the Silk Road Economic Zone Unicorn railway transportation problems,and puts forward the Countermeasures of railway Unicorn transport problems from the following fore＂ aspects, one is the progressive realization of a unified railway gauge;two is to take various measures to promote two-way logistics volume balance;three is to keep the line and price stability, reduce transportation costs, lower transport prices ;the four is to improve the transportation coordination meehanism.
