基于PCA的株洲云田镇农村社区发展模式研究

摘　　要：从株洲云田镇9大社区的时空发展差异出发,建立了包括区位发展条件、社区规模、经济发展状况以及空间聚集度等4方面的社区综合发展水平评价指标体系,通过实地调研、文献查阅、专家打分等方式分别给各一级指标下的10项二级指标赋值,继而采用主成分分析法处理数据,得到不同社区的综合发展水平值F。其评价结果显示:在云田镇各社区中莲花、五星社区整体发展水平较好(F≥1);云田、云峰湖、高福、马鞍社区整体发展水平一般(-1≤F<1);菖塘、柏岭、美泉社区整体发展水平较差(F<-1)。基于以上评价结果,结合考虑多方实际因素,最终确定莲花、五星社区为优化提质型社区,云田、云峰湖、高福、马鞍、菖塘社区为更新发展型社区,柏岭、美泉社区为合并迁建型社区。最后简述了3种发展模式下的社区规划建设特征。Considering the temporal and spatial differences of 9 communities in Zhuzhou Yunfian Town, the authors established a comprehensive develo- pment level evaluation index system which included regional develo-pmenf conditions, community scales, economic development status and spatial aggregation.Through ways of field investigations, literature consultation and expert evaluation,1 0 secondary indexes of each index level were assigned to respectively, then the Principal Com- ponent Analysis method was used to process data so as to get thevalue of F （comprehensive development level of different communities）. The evaluation results showed： among the communities of Yuntian Town,Lianhua and Wuxing communities had a relatively higher level of holistic development and con- struction （F ≥1）; Yuntian, Yunfeng Lake, Gaofu and Ma＇ ancommunities had a relatively general level of holistic development and construction（-1≤F 〈1）; Changtang, Boling andMeiquan communitieshad a relatively lower level of holistic development and construction （F〈-1）. Based on these evaluation results, considering various practical factors,the cuthors divided Lianhua, Wuxing and Yuntian communities into optimizing and upgrading community model; Yunfeng Lake, Gaofu and Ma＇ an communities into updating and developing community model, Boling and Meiquan communities into combining and relocating community model. In addition, the planning and construction characteristics of rural communities under these 3 developing models were briefly introduced at the end of this paper.
