摘　　要：目的研究托盘根的化学成分。方法应用色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了10个化合物的结构,分别为(+)-儿茶素(1),3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸(2),齐墩果酸(3),熊果酸(4),蛇莓苷B(5),去氢双儿茶素A(6),β-胡萝卜苷(7),对羟基苯甲酸(8),β-谷甾醇亚油酸酯(9)和野鸭椿酸(10)。结论化合物1~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Rubus crataegifolius Bge. METHODS The com- pounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as （ ＋ ）-catechin（ 1 ）, 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid （2）, oleanolic acid （3）, ursolic acid （4）, ducheside B （ 5 ）, dehydrodicatechin A （ 6 ）, daucosterol （ 7 ）, p-hydroxybenzoic acid （ 8 ） ,β-sitosterol linoleate （ 9 ）, and euscaphic acid（10）. CONCLUSION Compounds 1 - 10 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
