摘 要:通过对PP与线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)共混来提高聚丙烯(PP)熔体强度,并且采用化学发泡法,在普通挤出机上制备了PP/LLDPE复合材料,分别考察了LLDPE与马来酸酣接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)的用量对复合材料的力学性能、熔体强度和断面微观结构的影响。结果表明,随LLDPE含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率随LLDPE含量的增加先提高后减小,然后再增大,缺口冲击强度则随LLDPE的增加而增加。熔体强度也随LLDPE含量的增加先增大后减小,然后再增大。发现当LLDPE的含量为20.0份时,复合材料发泡效果最好。添加PP-g-MAH后,复合材料的力学性能和熔体强度变化不是很明显,但当PP-g-MAH添加量为1.0份时对复合材料的发泡有较好的改善效果。Through the blending of LLDPE and PP to improve PP melt strength, PP/ LLDPE composites were prepared on an ordinary extruder by chemical foaming method. The effects of the content of LLDPE and PP-g-MAH on the mechanical properties, melt strength and section microstructure of the composites were investigated respectively. The results show that with the increase of LLDPE content, the tensile strength of the com- posites decreases, and the elongation at break decreases at first, and then increases. The notched impact strength increases. Melt strength also increases firstly, then decreases, and increases again with the increase of LLDPE content. The foaming effect of the com- postes is the best when the content of LLDPE is 20.0 phr. The mechanical properties and melt strength of the composites are not obviously changed after adding the PP-g- MAH. The foaming of the composites has a better improvement when the PP-g-MAH is 1.0 phr.
