摘  要:以医用仪器盒盖的翘曲变形为研究对象,运用Moldflow模拟分析,得出熔体收缩不均是引起塑件发生翘曲变形的主要原因;结合Taguchi正交设计,得出了以翘曲变形量最小为目标值的最佳工艺参数组合,使翘曲变形量减小为原始量的83.5%。运用变量分析确定工艺参数对翘曲变形量的影响,为实际生产选择合理的工艺参数提供指导。Using the warpage of medical instrument cover as the research object and moldflow simulation analysis, it is concluded that the uneven melt contraction is the main reason causing warpage orthogonal design of plastic parts. Combined with Taguchi, the best process parameter combination about the target value of the minimum warage orthog- onal design is obtained, and the warpgae orthogonal design deformation decreases to 83.5% of the original amount. By using ANOVA to determine the effect of the process parame- ters on the warpage,it provides guidance for choosing the reasonable process parameters.
