摘　　要：阐述了汽车中央通道储物盒的结构特点和外观要求,设计了一副大型、热流道、倒装、注塑模具。详细介绍了汽车中央通道储物盒注塑模具成型零件、侧向抽芯机构、浇注系统、温度控制系统、导向定位系统、脱模系统和排气系统的设计要点和经验。模具动作安全,结构新颖合理,成型周期和成型塑件精度都达到设计要求。The structure and appearance requirements for storage box of automobile auxiliary cosole are presented,and a large and hot-runner injection mold with flip struc- ture is designed. The design key points and experience for molding parts, side core pulling mechanism, gating system, temperature control system, guide and positioning system, e- jection system and exhaust system are introduced in detail. The action of the rnold is safe, and the structure is reasonable. The molding cycle and the molding plastic parts meet the design requirements in the operation.
