摘　　要：利用TRIZ进化理论,在总结前人对专利技术功效图研究成果的基础上,通过技术功效成熟度矩阵图分析电力行业中的热点技术——电网除冰技术,加入了技术成熟度信息,并且使用了可视化的方式将其呈现。该技术功效成熟度矩阵图,可以帮助专业人士掌握该技术的发展趋势,同时也可以使不具备相关技术知识的人了解该技术目前的研究情况。Based on the TRIZ evolution theory, this paper summarizes the achievements of the previous research on patent technology efficacy chart. The author analyzes the hot spot technology in power industry, the power grid deicing technology, by the technology function maturity matrix diagram, the technology maturity information is added, and the visualization method is used to present the data. The effectiveness of the technology maturity matrix diagram not only can help professionals to master the development trend of the technology, but also can make people who do not have the relevant technical knowledge understand the current situation of the technology research.
