经食管超声心动图诊断二尖瓣-主动脉瓣间纤维假性动脉瘤的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经食管超声心动图在诊断二尖瓣-主动脉瓣间纤维假性动脉瘤的应用价值。方法回顾分析5例二尖瓣-主动脉瓣间纤维假性动脉瘤术前超声心动图资料及随访结果,对比经胸及经食管超声心动图成像效果,总结其声像图特点。结果经食管超声较经胸二维超声能更加准确的分辨二尖瓣-主动脉瓣间纤维假性动脉瘤及伴发心脏病变的位置、形态,经食管实时三维超声能获得比二维超声更加丰富的形态学信息。结论经食管超声心动图较经胸超声心动图在二尖瓣-主动脉瓣间纤维假性动脉瘤的诊断与鉴别方面,具有更重要的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transesophageal echocardiography for pseudoaneurysm of the mitral-aortic intervalvular fibrosa. Methods Echocardiogrophy data and follow-up results of 5 patients with pseudoaneurysm of the mitral-aortic intervalvular fibrosa were retrospectively analyzed, the imaging results of TTE and TEE were compared, sonographic features on left ventricular diverticulum were summarized. Results Compare with TTE, TEE can locate diverticulum and other heart disease more accurately, provide more morphologic information. 3D-TEE can get richer morphological information than two-dimensional ultrasound. Conclusions TEE has high- er application value than TTE in the differential diagnosis and identification of pseudoaneurysm of the mitral-aortic in- tervalvular fibrosa.
