摘 要:针对目前城市路灯的用电总量大,灯具寿命短且无法提前预知等缺点,设计了一种基于ZigBee网络具有寿命预测功能的LED路灯监控系统;该系统由ZigBee通信模块、LED驱动电路及数据采集模块构成,可实现对照明设备的集中远程管理,提高道路照明质量;而且该系统设计的路灯控制器具有自适应调节功能,在不同环境亮度下自动调光以达到节能目的;该系统还可对LED灯的各项关键参数进行在线监测,判断路灯控制器工作状态,实时监测LED灯珠老化程度;通过对光通量维持率和时间的关系进行拟合得到特征公式,并采用阿仑尼乌斯老化模型来建立LED灯珠多结温下的寿命预测模型,实现对LED灯珠寿命预测并提前预警。Aiming at the shortcomings such as the large amount of electricity and the short life span of the street lamp, a LED streetlight monitoring system with life prediction function based on ZigBee network is designed. The system consists of ZigBee communication module, LED drive circuit and data acquisition module and it can achieve the centralized remote management of lighting equipment to improve the qual- ity of road lighting. The street lamp controller designed by this system has adaptive adjustment function, automatically adjusts the light in different environment brightness to achieve the energy saving purpose. The system can also be on-line monitoring of the key parameters of the LED lights to determine the working status of the street light controller, and real-time monitoring of LED lamp beads aging. The rela- tionship between luminous flux maintenance rate and time was fitted to obtain the characteristic formula. The life prediction model of LED lamp bead in multi-junction temperature was established by using Arrhenius aging model, and the life prediction of LED lamp beads was predicted and early warning was realized.
