摘  要:根据IEC61850标准,设计了一款基于F28M35X双核CPU为核心,结合光纤采样模块接口、PHY芯片等硬件组成的数字化电能表;F28M35X芯片将TI的具有同类领先性能的C28x内核的DSP及控制外设与ARM Cortex-M3内核及连接外设组合起来,以提供一种分区明确的架构,可在单个具有成本效益的器件中支持实时控制和高级连接,芯片的DSP内核的速度能达到150 MHz,ARM内核的速度达到100 MHz,拥有EMAC接口、串口、SPI接口等各种数字化电表所需的外设;能够满足数字化电能表需要的各种记录以及数字信号计算的需求;同时阐述了主要功能模块的硬件设计以及原理,给出了双核芯片两个软件设计以及计量算法的主要流程,并对电能表进行基本误差测试,结果表明本设计正确可靠,具有一定实用价值。According to IEC61850 standard, a digital input electricity meter using the dual-core CPU F28M35X as the core, the optical sampling module interface, and PHY chip is designed. F28M35X puts together the DSP with industry-leading core with its control peripher- al circuit, as well as the ARM Cortex-M3 core with its peripheral circuit, to provide an explicit frame, which can support real time control and advanced connection with cost-effective devices. The speed of the DSP core of the chip can reach 150MHz, and the one of the ARM core can be up to 100 MHz. It has EMAC interface, serial port, SPI interface and the other peripheral devices that digital input electricity meter needs. It can provide all kinds of records that digital input electricity meter needs and can satisfy the needs of the calculation of digital signals. The hardware design of the main functional modules and their principles are also introduced. The two software designs of the dual-core chip and the main procedure of the algorithm of measurement are also provided in this paper. A test of basic errors of the meter is given, which demonstrate that this design is correct, reliable, and practical.
