摘　　要：通过问卷对我国大陆地区31所省级公共图书馆残疾人服务开展状况进行调查,从残疾人服务的起始时间、服务项目、服务人员、无障碍环境建设、馆藏资源提供等方面分析调查数据,最终提出公共图书馆应该通过完善政策法规、转变服务理念、构建无障碍环境、加强人员培训、提供专项资金等措施提高面向残疾人的服务能力,以保障残疾人自由平等获取知识、接受教育、参与社会文化生活等权利。Based on the investigation of the status of the services for the disabled in 31 provincial public librar- ies in China's Mainland, this paper analyzes the starting time, service items, professional staffs, barrier-free en- vironment construction, resource collections in the above libraries and then proposes that public libraries should take various measures, such as optimizing policies and regulations, transforming service concept, constructing a barrier-free environment, strengthening staff training and ensuring special funds, to enhance the service ability for the disabled so as to ensure the disabled to enjoy equal rights of obtaining knowledge, receiving education and participating in social cultural life. 1 fig. 4 tabs. 11 refs.
