摘　　要：由人体生物传感器构成的躯感网是物联网在医疗健康领域的主要表现。本文从健康信息化国家战略出发,阐述躯感网技术及应用对健康信息化发展的重要意义,从通信技术层面分析了躯感网技术的发展现状及未来趋势,并重点论述了健康数据的安全及隐私保护机制。The body sensor network contains wearable and/or implantable biosensors and serves as an important front-end platform for Internet of Things in the healthcare domain. From the point of view of the national health information development strategy, this paper discusses the importance of the body sensor network technology and its applications in the development of health information. The current status and future trends of the body sensor network technology are reviewed from the perspective of communication technology, with emphasis on security and privacy mechanisms of sensitive health data.
