摘  要:以氮气式水击泄压阀阀内流道流场为研究对象,运用浸入实体法模拟氮气式水击泄压阀启闭过程,建立流体域及浸入实体域三维几何模型,结合阀芯运动轨迹,建立阀芯动力学方程,针对阀芯锥面不等面积的特殊设计,分析了泄压阀在水击脉动压力作用下启闭过程中阀芯各个端面上的受力状态,同时对比分析了泄压阀在不同入口恒压和水击脉动压力作用下阀芯各个端面受力及泄放量大小的影响规律。结果表明,阀芯在启闭过程中是一个震荡过程,存在一定的不平衡受力,阀芯各端面受力不均匀,且都发生方向相反、不同幅度的震荡,阀芯圆柱面受力可忽略。Taking the flow field of Nitrogen-type surge relief valve for research subjects,immersed solid method was used to simulate the opening and closing process of nitrogen-type surge relief valve,the 3D models of fluid domain and immersed solid domain were established,the kinetic equation of valve core were established by using the valve core trajectory,Aiming at the special design for the unequal area of valve cone,the forced state of respective end face in the opening and closing process of relief valve under the effect of surge fluctuations pressure were contrasted,and the influence law of the force of valve core respective end surface and the capacity of discharge in different constant pressure and the effect of surge fluctuations pressure of relief valve inlet was analyzed.The results showed that the movement of valve core in the opening and closing process was a concussion process,unbalanced force was existing,the force of valve core respective end face was uneven,and the concussion of all of them were in the opposite directions and different amplitude,the force of valve core cylindrical surface can be ignored.
