摘　　要：在对勤工助学学生的培养过程中,秉承"资助育人"的精神,注重对学生的选拔与培训工作,在工作职责上按年级对勤工助学学生进行分工,使得他们的专业技能得到层层提高,同时也提高了他们的综合素质,实验室的勤工助学活动真正做到了"物质上帮助学生,精神上培育学生,能力上锻炼学生"。In the process of the training work -study students, adhering to the spirit of ＂Funding for education＂, pay attention to the selection and training of students, on the job responsibilities of work - study students according to their grade, make their professional skills were improved, but also improve their comprehensive quality, laboratory work - study activities really did ＂material to help students, spiritual cultivation students, ability to exercise students＂.
