摘  要:煤调湿技术是炼焦工序中的一种入炉煤预处理技术方法,具有工艺相对简单、节能减排、提高生产效率和焦炭质量的特点。简要介绍了煤调湿技术的优缺点,同时介绍了煤调湿技术原理以及煤调湿技术在国内外发展现状,重点论述了不同煤调湿技术的特点及煤调湿技术在我国的发展应用,展望了煤调湿技术发展的方向,阐述了鞍钢煤调湿技术开发应用的理论价值。The coal moisture control(CMC) technology is a technique method of coal-as-fired pretreating in cokemaking process with such characteristics as relatively simple process, energy-saving and emission-reduction, enhancement of the productivity and improvement of the coke quality. The advantages and disadvantages of CMC technology were briefly introduced meanwhile the principle of CMC technology and the development status of CMC technology at home and abroad were also discussed. In particular, the characteristics of the CMC technology for the different kinds of coal and their development and application of CMC technology in our country were discussed emphatically and also the development direction of CMC technology was forecasted.At last the theoretical value of the developments and applications on the CMC technology in Ansteel were explained.
