摘 要:利用ZEISS SUPRA55扫描电镜观察和OXFORD能谱仪分析了SPHC冷轧板表面夹杂重皮缺陷,系统分析了连铸浇钢工艺和保护渣性能,认为连铸结晶器卷渣是SPHC冷轧板表面夹杂重皮缺陷产生的主要原因。通过采取优化保护渣性能、提高连铸恒拉速率、改进钙处理工艺等措施,SPHC冷轧板表面夹杂重皮异议率降低了86.7%。The skin lamination defect on the surface of the SPHC cold rolled steel sheet was analyzed by using ZEISS SUPRA55 scanning electron microscope and OXFORD energy spectrometer. The continuous casting process and the properties of casting powder were also systematically investigated. So it was believed that the main cause leading to the skin lamination defect of the SPHC cold rolled steel sheet was due to the flux entrapment in mold during continuous casting.After taking such measures as optimizing the powder properties, increasing the constant speed in continuous casting process and improving the calcium treatment process, the defect rate relating to the skin lamination defect of the SPHC cold rolled steel sheet was reduced by 86.7%.
