摘  要:针对SPHC钢种热轧板边部翘皮缺陷的问题,运用六西格玛方法进行因素筛选并分析。结果表明,钢中锰含量、硫含量、铸坯热轧加热炉出炉温度是产生翘皮缺陷的主要因素。通过对钢中锰、硫成分和加热炉出炉温度的控制,翘皮缺陷发生率由13%降低到3%。With regard to the problem of the sliver d efects on the edge of SPHC hot rolled strip, the defects were detected and analyzed by application of the six-sigma management system.The results show that the content of manganese and sulfur in molten steel and the tapping temperature of a slab in the heating furnace were the main factors for forming the sliver defects. By adjusting the content of manganese and sulfur in molten steel and the tapping temperature, the oc-currence rate of the sliver defects was reduced to 3% from 13%.
