摘  要:以顺丁烯二酸酐和尿素为原料合成了聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI),再以L-肌肽为开环介质在碱性条件下对PSI进行开环反应合成了新型绿色阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸(PASP)/L-肌肽。利用~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,SEM,XRD等方法分析了PASP/L-肌肽和垢晶体的结构,采用静态阻垢法考察了PASP/L-肌肽的阻Ca CO_3垢和阻Ca_3(PO_4)_2垢性能。实验结果表明,当阻垢剂用量为1.25 mg/L时,PASP/L-肌肽的阻Ca CO_3垢效率可达100%;用量为8 mg/L时,PASP/L-肌肽的阻Ca_3(PO_4)_2垢效率可达90%以上,优于PASP。PASP/L-肌肽对高温和高磷酸根浓度拥有较强的耐受性。加入的PASP/L-肌肽吸附在垢晶体的活性生长位点上导致晶型转变或晶格畸变,从而破坏了垢晶体的正常生长。A novel green scale inhibitor,polyaspartic acid/L-carnosine graft copolymer(PASP/L-carnosine),was synthesized from maleic anhydride,urea and L-carnosine. The copolymer and treated scale crystals were characterized by means of 1H NMR,13 C NMR,SEM and XRD. The scale inhibition efficiencies of PASP/L-carnosine to Ca CO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 were investigated through static scale inhibition tests. The results showe d that the inhibition efficiency of PASP/L-carnosine to Ca CO3 was close to 100% when its dosage was 1.25 mg/L,and to Ca3(PO4)2 could reach more than 90% when its dosage was 8 mg/L. It was indicated that PASP/L-carnosine could be adsorbed on the surface of the scale crystals and distort the scale crystal lattice.
