摘  要:以某大麻和化纤企业的大麻纤维、涤纶纤维为实验材料,混纺制备出缝编鞋材。综述了麻/涤混纺鞋材的制备方法及工艺参数,并通过对4种不同混比缝编鞋材的吸湿性、透湿性、液态水分传递性、吸水性等性能进行测试,分析研究不同混比大麻纤维和涤纶纤维含量对缝编鞋材湿舒适性的影响。通过对实验研究数据的分析与比较,得到了麻/涤混纺鞋材最优化的制备工艺参数,同时也表明大麻纤维与涤纶纤维含量对鞋材的各项性能起着关键作用,其研究结论将为麻/涤混纺缝编鞋材的开发提供一定的参考依据。Put certain fiber,terylene in chemical fiber and polyester fiber as experience materials to make shoes. The thesis described the method of making these materials into shoes and craft parameter. And the moisture absorption,water vapor permeability,liquid water transfer and water absorption properties of the materials were tested,analyzing the effects of different blending ratio of hemp fiber and polyester fiber to the wet comfort properties of the stitched shoe materials. Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental data,obtaining the parameters of the preparation process of the hemp blending shoe materials,which was the best according to the ration. At the same time,the ration of terylene in chemical fiber and polyester fiber to the comfort of the shoes play an important roles and the conclusion will provide a certain reference frame for the shoes development made by terylene and polyester.
