阳离子聚合型固色剂的制备及其应用

摘　　要：以环氧氯丙烷和三乙胺为原料,制得活性中间体2,3-环氧丙基三乙基氯化铵(GTA),进一步对聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行阳离子化改性,合成了季铵盐型阳离子聚乙烯醇。研究了反应物配比、温度、时间等因素对产物醚化度的影响,并采用最优工艺制备了不同取代度的产品。将系列产品作为固色剂用于织物染整,在浴比1∶30,固色剂2%(owf),p H值为6,60℃下处理0.5 h,80℃烘干后,能不同程度的提高织物摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度及耐氯牢度,并且对耐晒牢度不造成影响,固色效果显著。With epichlorohydrin and triethylamine as raw material, made active intermediate2,3-epoxy propyl triethyl ammonium chloride（ GTA）,further to cationic modification of polyvinyl alcohol（ PVA）,type quaternary ammonium salt cationic poly（ vinyl alcohol） was synthesized. The influence of material ratio,temperature and reaction time on the product esterification rate were discussed respectively. Different substitution degree of the product was prepared under the optimal process. The series product used as a fixing agent in fabric dyeing and finishing,the crockfastness,soaping fastness,and fastness to chlorine were improved by varying degrees under the following conditions： bath ratio1∶ 30,fixing agent 2%（ on weight the fabric）,p H value was 6,deal with 0. 5 h under 60 ℃,after drying under 80 ℃. Color fixation effect is remarkable.
