摘 要:分析了羊毛梳理过程中出现皮辊沾色的主要原因是纤维损伤,通过采用低温低铬染色工艺和意大利并条工艺,羊毛纤维强力提高13.2%,纱线强力提高13.6%,保证了纤维的良好品质,也解决了实际生产中的皮辊沾色问题。实验结果表明:低温低铬染色工艺通过采用红矾用量=染料用量×0.15+0.8%的计算方法和低温染色助剂LDW-630,降低了红矾用量和羊毛的染色温度,减少了对羊毛的损伤,且染色效果良好。与传统染色工艺相比,基本没有色差且色牢度指标相同。Wool damage is the main reason of loose color on rollers in carding process. Through the adoption of low temperature and low dichromate dyeing process and Italy drawing process,wool fiber strength increased by 13. 2%,worsted yarn strength increased by 13. 6%. The process protects wool from damaging and the floating problem in production is solved. The experimental results also show that the new dyeing process in which dichromate dosage is dye dosage × 0. 15 + 0. 8% and low temperature auxiliaries LDW-630 is used,reduces the dosage of chromate salt and wool dyeing temperature and gets good dyeing effect. Compared with the traditional dyeing process,it almost gives wool fiber the same color and color fastness.
