摘  要:为客观了解聚乳酸纤维的发展现状并对其市场情况作出合理预测,在研究已有聚乳酸、聚乳酸纤维相关文献的基础上,概括聚乳酸(PLA)及其纤维的基本情况,梳理聚乳酸纤维的成型加工方法,总结聚乳酸纤维的国内外研发与生产现状及发展方向和前景,并预测我国PLA纤维市场需求。研究表明:目前合成PLA的主要方法有直接缩聚和开环聚合法2种;熔体纺丝是至今为止聚乳酸最经济化的纺丝方法;聚乳酸纤维作为新型聚酯纤维、生物基化学纤维的优势品种有着广阔的市场前景和发展空间;我国PLA纤维工程化还处于起步阶段,无论从研究队伍、资金投入以及成果均与国外存在较大的差距。In order to objectively understand the development situation of poly lactic acid fiber and make a reasonable forecast of its market situation,on the basis of studying the existing literature of poly lactic acid and poly lactic acid fiber,the basic conditions of poly( lactic acid)( PLA) and its fiber are summarized,forming and processing methods of poly lactic acid fiber are combed,the domestic and foreign research,development and production status,development trend and prospect of poly lactic acid fiber are summarized,and the demand of PLA fiber market in our country is forecasted. Research shows that: there are 2 main methods for the synthesis of PLA,which are direct condensation polymerization and ring opening polymerization. Melt spinning is the most economical method for the production of poly lactic acid till now. As a new type of polyester fiber,poly lactic acid fiber has broad market prospects and development space. PLA fiber engineering of our country is still in its initial stage,no matter from the research team,capital investment,as well as the results of the existence of a large gap with foreign countries.
