摘  要:利用条垛式堆肥对木薯渣进行40 d的发酵处理,并对发酵过程中温度、碳氮比、种子发芽指数及细菌群落结构进行检测。试验结果表明:木薯渣可以直接进行堆肥发酵,在发酵3 d后堆体温度即可达到50℃以上,高温期持续1个月左右;经过40 d的发酵后堆体的碳氮比降至20以下;经不同发酵阶段堆体处理的种子的发芽指数逐渐升高,最后升至87.4%。对堆体细菌菌群的高通量测序分析结果表明:堆体的细菌群落结构在堆肥发酵不同阶段存在差异,在发酵前期部分细菌群落差异较大,在发酵后期细菌群落结构趋于稳定;在木薯渣堆体中存在大量与纤维素分解相关的Firmicutes门和Bacteroidetes门的菌群。In this study,the composting of cassava residue was carried out through 40-d windrow fermentation,and the fermentation temperature,C-N ratio,seed germination index,and bacterial community structure in the composting process were detected. The results showed that:cassava residue could be directly used for compost fermentation,the compost temperature rose to more than 50 ℃ after 3-d fermentation,and the high temperature lasted for about 1 month; the C-N ratio of the compost reduced to below 20 after 40-d fermentation; the germination index of seeds treated with the solution of the compost at different fermentation stages increased gradually,and finally rose to 87. 4%. The high-throughput sequencing analysis showed that the bacterial community structure of cassava residue compost was different at various fermentation stages,and some bacterial communities changes greatly in the earlier fermentation period,but all bacterial communities had little changes in the later fermentation period.There were a large number of bacteria belonged to Firmicutes and Bacteroidetesas in the cassava residue compost,which were related to the decomposition of cellulose.
