摘 要:[目的/意义]揭示国外社交类应用持续使用研究的内容,为我国相关领域研究者提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]采用文献调研方法,从理论流派、研究视角和影响因素三个方面分析该主题的研究现状。[结果/结论]研究发现,国外社交类应用持续使用研究涉及的理论和模型呈现多样化,单一性研究较少;基于技术接受等相关理论的研究与基于期望确认等相关理论的研究是该领域的两大理论流派;主要有三种研究视角,即基于认知的视角、基于情感(情绪)的视角和习惯/自动性视角,且呈现出一种整合研究趋势;价值因素、转换成本、情绪因素(积极情绪和消极情绪)、社会影响和隐私风险等是主要影响因素。[ Purpose/Significance] The study aims to explore the research contents of users" continuance of social Apps abroad, to provide reference for the researchers in the related field in China. [ Method/Process] By means of literature survey, research progresses on three main topics of theoretical trends, research perspectives and influencing factors. [ Result/Conclusion] Results show that the research on us- ers" continuance of social Apps abroad involves a lot of theories and models and it presents a diversification characteristic that little research has been done with one-fold theory. Meanwhile, there are two main theoretical schools in this field, one is the school from the relative theories based on technology acceptance or adoption, the other is the school from the relative theories based on expectation confmnation. What's more, three research paradigms have emerged abroad, that is, cognitive based approach, emotional based approach, and habit/au- tomaticity approach. At present, the studying form of conformity tropism is a mainstream. In addition, six factors are summarized in this field, namely, perceived value, switching cost, positive/negative affect, social factors and privacy risk.
