摘 要:为了研究聚乙烯材料的空间电荷特性,利用熔融法制备了N-乙基咔唑/LDPE复合材料,分析了N-乙基咔唑添加量对复合材料介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着N-乙基咔唑添加量的增加,复合材料的击穿场强和体积电阻率呈现先增长后降低的趋势,与LDPE相比,当N-乙基咔唑的添加量为1.0%时,复合材料的击穿场强提高了31.9%,体积电阻率提高了1.51倍;随着N-乙基咔唑添加量的增加,其对复合材料内部空间电荷的抑制效果呈现先增强后减弱的趋势,添加1.0%的N-乙基咔唑对复合材料内部的空间电荷抑制效果最好。In order to study the space charge characteristics of polyethylene material, an N-ethyl-carbazole/LDPE composite was prepared by melt blending method, and the influence of N-ethyl-carbazole content on the dielectric properties of the composites was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of N-ethyl-carbazole content, the breakdown strength and volume resistivity of the composite increase at first and then decrease. When the N-ethyl-carbazole content is 1.0%, the breakdown strength of the composites is 39.1% higher than that of the polyethylene, and the volume resistivity is 1.51 times higher than that of the polyethylene. With the increase of N-ethyl-carbazole content, the suppression effect of N-ethyl-carbazole on the space charge of the composite enhences at first and then weakens, the composites with 1.0% of N-ethyl-carbazole has the best suppression effect on space charge.
