摘  要:简要介绍了24~27 kV级大容量发电机SVPI定子线圈绝缘结构及其工艺的设计开发,理论分析了绝缘结构、工艺参数及关键材料的选型,通过对设计开发的24~27 kV定子线圈的介电性能、理化性能进行测试及功能性评估,并与国外技术标准进行分析对比。结果表明:自主设计的24~27 kV SVPI定子线圈绝缘设计能满足发电机定子线圈绝缘电寿命60年的设计要求,设计水平与世界先进水平相当。The development of insulation structure and technology of SVPI stator coil for 24~27 k V large capacity generators was introduced, and the insulation structure, technological parameters, and selection of critical materials were analyzed. The dielectric property, mechanical and chemical properties of the 24~27k V stator coil were investigated, and then compared with the foreign technical standards. The results show that the self-designed stator coil could meet the requirement of sixty years of electrical endurance,which is equivalent to advanced level.
