摘 要:背景幼年期全身麻醉药暴露被大量实验证实可导致远期认知损害,但其机制仍不明确。同时,完善的视听感知功能对维持正常认知功能有着重要作用。目的分析总结麻醉药对视听感知功能的损害,探讨其可能机制。内容描述引起幼年期视听感知功能损害的相关因素,讨论麻醉药物导致视听感知功能损害的可能机制。趋向现有研究显示幼年期麻醉药暴露可导致视听感知功能损伤,但其长远影响,尤其是与远期认知障碍间的联系,仍缺乏确切动物实验及临床研究。其损伤机制尽管存在理论基础,但需进一步深入研究验证。Background Studies have confirmed that exposure to commonly used general anesthetics during juvenile stage causes cognitive and behavioral ability impairment in later life. However, the mechanism is not clearly demonstrated yet: The sensory system, meanwhile, plays an important role in cognitive development. Objective To discuss anesthetics' effect on audio and visual sensory system used during infancy and its possible mechanism. Content Sum up anesthetics' effect on sensory system. Analyze the underlying mechanism. Trend Anesthetics have been proved to be cause for damage of sensory system. But more exact research results are needed to explore its long-term effect and certify potential mechanism.
