摘　　要：分析了电子枪关键组件—后聚焦极的加工工艺特点,制定合理的工艺路线,详细说明了后聚焦极专用夹具的设计和使用方法,有效解决了零件的安装变形、刀具干涉、振动及表面粗糙度不易保证等问题,采取了一系列工艺措施保证了零件的加工质量,为同类产品加工提供借鉴。This paper analyses the technical characters of the post focusing electrode which is the key components of the electron gun, a reasonable process route is made. The design and use method of special clamp of the post focusing electrode are work out, effectively solves the problem of deformation of the part, tool interference, vibration and surface roughness cannot be ensured during the processing, takes a series of technological measures to assure processing quality. It provides experience and reference for processing of such products in future.
