郑州市中心城区办公空间分布及演变特征分析

摘　　要：以郑州市中心城区2010年和2015年的写字楼POI数据研究对象,运用GIS中的标准离差椭圆分析法及核密度分析法,研究郑州市中心城区办公空间分布及演变特征。结果表明:1)郑州市中心城区写字楼以郑州市火车站为中心,以西北—东南方向为长轴,东北—西南方向为短轴,总体上呈现"西北—东南"分布的态势。2)郑州市写字楼沿西北—东南方向的京广铁路两侧分布,且主要分布在东侧,表现为明显的方向性差异。3)办公空间具有明显的集聚特征,高等级办公集聚区主要布局在重要交通节点附近和交通干道的两侧。4)与2010年相比,2015年郑州市中心城区办公空间集聚程度不断增强,且随着城市的扩展及经济的发展,办公空间逐渐从中心向外围扩散。5)办公集聚区趋向于布局在商业设施比较完善的地区,且与中心城区的空间布局相吻合。Using the standard deviation ellipse and kernel density method of GIS, the distribution and evolution characteristics of office space in central district of Zhengzhou have been studied based on POI （ Point of Interest） data of office buildings in central district of Zhengzhou in 2010 and 2015. Conclusions can be drawn as follows ： 1 ） In general, the office buildings in central district of Zhengzhou center on Zhengzhou railway station. Taking the Northwest-Southeast direction as the long axis and the Northeast-Southwest direction as the short axis, the distribution pattern is ＂ Northwest - Southeast＂. 2） Along both sides of Beijing - Guangzhou Railway which is Northwest- Southeast , the office buildings are distributed mainly in the east. The distinction of distribution arrangement of the office space is obvious. 3） Also, the cluster characteristic of office buildings is obvious. High level office cluster is distributed at the vieinity of the main trunk traffie nodes, and is located on both sides of the trunk traffic. 4）Otherwise, compared with 2010, the cluster degree of office space of central district of Zhengzhou has a trend of enhancement in 2015. With the expansion of urban and developing of economy, the office space gradually spread from the center to the periphery. 5） High level office eluster tends to lie in the area which has perfect commercial facilities and is consistent with the spacial layout of central district.
