摘 要:针对复杂结构大断面硐室围岩控制难题,采用FLAC^(3D)数值计算方法研究了煤仓上部卸载硐室变形破坏特征,提出了分区耦合强力支护围岩控制技术。结果表明,复杂结构大断面硐室具有大面积非均称破坏特征,塑性区深度达到13.5 m,浅部围岩为拉剪破坏,承载能力大幅下降,深部围岩为剪切破坏,承载能力下降幅度较小,拱部和窄岩柱破坏尤为严重,是围岩控制的关键部位。针对围岩的大面积非均称破坏特征,提出了"分阶段围岩控制、分区耦合支护、关键部位强力支护和封闭式支护"围岩控制方法,实现了支护与围岩力学特性的耦合,有效控制了围岩变形破坏的发展。In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock control in large section chamber with complex structure, the deformation characteristics of unloading chamber upper of coal bunker were analyzed through FLAC3D numerical simulation, and surrounding rock control technology of zonal cou- pling and intensive support was put forward. The results have shown that large excavation area and complex structure lead to the large area and unsymmetrical failure; the plastic zone reaches the depth of 13.5 m; the shallow surrounding rock is tensile-shear failure whose bearing capacity declines signifi- cantly, while the deep surrounding rock is shear failure whose bearing capacity decreases to a lesser ex- tent; and failure of the arch of chamber and narrow rock pillar is particularly serious, so they are the key parts of surrounding rock control. Facing the above-mentioned unsymmetrical failure characteristics of the surrounding rocks, the control methods of "surrounding rock control in stages, zonal coupling sup- port, and intensive support and close support for key parts" were put forward. These methods can achieve the coupling of the support structure and the mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock to control its deformation and failure effectively.
