无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机的疗效。方法:将某院收治的200例COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上应用无创呼吸机。结果:观察组患者治疗效果和各项观察指标改善情况明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05),而住院时间短于对照组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者在常规治疗的基础上应用无创呼吸机,减少呼吸肌耗氧情况,对患者有着积极的作用。Objective：To analyze the curative effect of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods：200cases of COPD patients with respiratory failure treated in a hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator.Results：The treatment effect and the improvement condition of observation indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）,while the hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,P〈0.05,which the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：Application of non-invasive ventilator based on the conventional treatment in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure can reduce respiratory muscle oxygen consumption,which has a positive effect on the patients.
