较大剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年混合型高血脂症患者疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:分析加大剂量阿托伐他汀钙在治疗老年混合型高血脂症时的治疗效果和安全性。方法:选取某院治的88例老年混合型高血脂症患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,给予对照组患者常规剂量治疗,给予观察大剂量阿托伐他汀钙进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均有着明显的改变,观察组患者治疗后,其各项观察指标与对照组相比有着明显的差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。两组患者均未在治疗过程中出现严重不良反应。结论:在治疗老年混合型高血脂症时,采用较大剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗能够有效改善其血脂水平,提高临床治疗效果,且具有较好的安全性。Objective：To observe the effect and and safety of high dose atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of elderly patients with mixed hyperlipidemia.Methods：88cases of elderly patients with mixed hyperlipidemia treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given conventional dose therapy,and the observation group was given high dosage of atorvastatin calcium therapy,then compared the curative effect of two groups.Results：The TC,TG LDL-C,HDL-C levels of both of two groups before and after treatment were significantly changed.Compared with the control group,the differences of indexes between the two groups were statistically significant,P〈0.05.Both of two groups did not appear serious adverse reaction in the course of treatment.Conclusion：High dose atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of elderly patients with mixed hyperlipidemia can effectively improve the blood lipid level,and improve the clinical treatment effect,with good safety.
