摘　　要：目的:分析探讨胆道镜治疗胆道术后结石患者的围手术期护理方法。方法:选取某院普外科2011年2月~2016年1月收治入院的胆结石患者986例,均行胆道镜手术,且术后均有残余结石,分析探讨患者胆道镜手术的围手术期护理。结果:研究对象均在术后取出碎石,平均取石时间为1.2h,平均取石次数4.9次,手术成功率为100%,无术中死亡患者。术后出现4例T管脱落患者,2例胆汁性腹膜炎患者,1例胆道出血患者,经对症治疗后痊愈出院。护理前后患者的焦虑状态评分对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:现临床上由于内镜技术的不断发展,胆道镜治疗胆结石的手术应用也越来越多,提高了对患者的治疗效果,避免了二次手术的发生,并且较为安全和可靠,所以,加强胆道镜治疗胆道术后结余残石围手术期的护理就显得尤为重要。Objective：To analyze and discuss the perioperative nursing methods of choledochoscope in the treatment of residual stones after biliary tract surgery.Methods：986cases of patients with gallstones treated in a hospital from February 2011 to January 2016 were selected and given choledochoscope surgery,with residual stones after surgery,and then analyzed the perioperative nursing method of patients with biliary tract surgery.Results：All patients＇ stones were removed after surgery,the average time of stone removal was 1.2h,the average number of stone removal was 4.9times,and the success rate of operation was 100%,with no death of patients in operation.There were 4cases of T-tube shedding patients,2cases of bile peritonitis patients,1case of biliary tract hemorrhage,and all patients were cured after symptomatic treatment.The anxiety state scores before and after nursing of two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Due to the continuous development of endoscopic techniques,application of choledochoscopy in the treatment of gallstones is more and more and can improve the therapeutic effect and avoid the occurrence of secondary surgery,with safety and reliability,therefore,to strengthen the perioperative nursing of postoperative choledochoscope in the treatment of biliary residual stone is particularly important.
