摘　　要：目的:研究手术室护理干预对进行胃肠道手术患者切口感染的影响,为手术室护理干预方法提供指导。方法:选择2014年12月~2015年12月在某院手术室进行胃肠道手术的112例患者为研究对象,联合住院部护士对患者切口愈合情况进行观察。随机将患者平均分为两组,实验组予以手术室护理干预模式,对照组予以常规护理模式,对比两组患者切口愈合情况、感染情况。结果:实验组患者感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),切口愈合情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组住院时间和住院费用均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室对进行胃肠道手术的患者进行手术室护理干预能够有效地降低患者感染率,帮助患者切口愈合,减少住院时间和费用消耗。Objective：To study the effect of operation room nursing intervention on incision infection of patients with gastrointestinal surgery,and to provide guidance for nursing intervention in the operation room.Methods：112cases of patients with gastrointestinal surgery treated in a hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects.The healing condition of patients were observed.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group which was given the operation room nursing intervention model and control group which was given conventional nursing mode.Then compared the wound healing and infection situation of two groups.Results：The incidence of infection of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）,and the wound healing of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Operation room nursing intervention can effectively reduce the infection rate of patients with gastrointestinal surgery,help patients to heal,and reduce hospital stay and cost.
