摘　　要：随着国内外非正规就业的不断发展,女性就业非正规化的态势也日趋加强。尽管女性非正规就业在促进女性就业、增加女性收入、推动中国经济结构转型方面做出了较大贡献,但多数学者仍然从职业层次、收入水平、行业分隔、社会保障等方面认为,女性非正规就业是劳动力市场对女性歧视的一种反映,是不利于中国女性自由发展的。文章从人的自由发展的内涵出发,认为在当前中国社会经济条件下,非正规就业是促进中国女性自由发展的有效途径之一。With the continuous development of informal employment at home and abroad, the regularization of the female employment is being strengthened. Although informal employment of female made a large contribution in promoting women employment, increase income and promote China＇s economic structure transformation, most scholars, from the aspects of professional level, income level, industrial distinct, social security, still considered that female informal employment is a reflection of the labor market discrimination against women, which is not conducive to the free development of Chinese women. The article starts from the connotation of the free human development, considers that under the current China＇s social and economic conditions, informal employment is one of the effective ways to promote the free development of Chinese women.
