再社会化视角下我国老龄志愿互助养老的组织与管理

摘　　要：我国人口老龄化持续加速,老龄志愿互助养老不仅是日趋紧张的社会养老服务资源的有益补充,而且是老龄人再社会化的有效路径。老龄志愿互助养老尚处于探索阶段,其组织建设与管理亟待规范。在吸引低龄健康老人参加互助养老服务的基础上,要加强规划引领,推进基层服务组织规范化建设;强化服务培训指导,健全善行反哺激励政策;依托社工组织搭建信息化平台,发挥互助养老服务聚合效应,促进老龄人再社会化。The mutual care volunteer for the aged is not only a useful supplement to the resource of social aged service, but also an effective way for the re-socialization of the aged. Aged voluntary mutual care service is still in the exploratory stage, the organization construction and management should be standardized. On the basis of attracting healthy elderly participated in mutual care service, planning guidance should be strengthened to promote the standardization construction of basic organization. The service training and guidance should be strengthened, and incentive policy should be perfected for the feedback. We should rely on social organizations, and the information platform should be built in order to play the effect role of mutual care service and promote the re-socialization of the aged.
