德国“工业4.0”对中国“十三五”信息化规划的启示

摘　　要：德国"工业4.0"引入"智能制造"和"服务制造"的理念,将物联网和服务网应用到制造业。文章通过借鉴信息化建设发达国家的经验,分析德国"工业4.0"的要点,比较分析德国"工业4.0"与中国"十二五"信息化规划,认为中国"十三五"规划中,应注重信息化建设,推进智能体验制造,构建多领域服务视角,加强技术创新应用。In China, most of enterprises are still in the stage from the electrification to automation between industries 2.0-3.0 while the enterprises in Germany now are moving toward Network information and develop to reach the stage of industry 4.0. This paper uses some research methods such as literature study and comparative study. By comparing with the developed countries with information construction, analyzing the main point of the industry 4.0 in Germany, analyzing comparatively between the industry 4.0 in Germany and the 12^th Five-Year Plan information regulation in China, researching the deficiency in the 12^th Five-Year Plan regulation, this paper gives some resolutions and suggestions to the 13^th Five-Year Plan and accelerating the Chinese industry 4.0 in reality.
