中朝两国农业经济合作的融资及财政支持分析

摘　　要：文章认为,中朝两国农业可以通过农业生产、农产品加工、农业科学技术等方面进行合作。但中朝农业经济合作领域的资金需求规模大且结构多元化,资金供给总量不足且结构不合理,制约了中朝农业经济合作。鉴于此,我国应加大财政对中长期农业贷款的支持,扩展涉农政策性金融服务范围,建立政策性担保机构和农业信贷担保系统风险救助机制等。In the theory of financial deepening, the government behavior plays an important role in financial development. If we rely solely on the market mechanism, the mechanism of financial market liquidity will inevitably produce the effect of ＂abandoning low and high＂. The paper analyzes the structure of the funds demand and supply between China and DPRK agricultural areas of economic cooperation, and pointes out defects and possible method to improve the proposed financial support in the agricultural development. And the paper will provide reference of commercial loans and agricultural insurance mode support.
