摘 要:龙须菜是我国第三大养殖型海藻,目前已经在山东、福建等地大面积的种植,主要用于提取琼胶,提取琼胶后,主要的剩余部位为纤维素。本研究对龙须菜纤维素制备工艺进行了系统的研究,并将得到的纤维素用于含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的处理。干燥的龙须菜粉碎后,加入40倍的水提取琼胶,煮沸提取5次,每次5 h,干燥后得到龙须菜纤维素。0.25 g纤维素,在浓度为5 mg/L的Cr(Ⅵ)溶液中振荡120 min,pH值为2.0,可除去29.9%的铬(Ⅵ)。Gracilaria Lemaneiformis is the number 3 cultured marine algae in China,and had been widely planted in Shandong and Fujian province. It is mainly used for extracting agar,and cellulose is the by-product of the agar. In the present research,the preparation of cellulose from Gracilaria Lemaneiformis was studied,and the cellulose prepared was applied in the treatment of chrome-containing wastewater. As a result,the optimized process for preparation of cellulose was as follows: the material liquid ratio was 1∶40,the extraction time was 5 times,5 h each time. Under the optimum conditions of the dosage of cellulose from Gracilaria Lemaneiformis was 0. 25 g,the adsorption time was 120 min,pH2. 0,initial concentration of chrome was 5 mg / L,the adsorption rate of Cr6+could be up to 29. 9%.
