摘 要:测定当归中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Pb、As 6种元素的含量,为当归的现代研究提供依据。本实验采用微波消解法处理当归,采用火焰原子吸收法测定Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn 4种元素的含量,采用石墨原子吸收法测定Pb、As 2种元素的含量。结果表明,当归中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Pb、As 6种元素的含量分别为4.95μg·g^(-1)、333.65μg·g^(-1)、7.75μg·g^(-1)、13.34μg·g^(-1)、0.68μg·g^(-1)、0.56μg·g^(-1)。该方法快捷、简单、准确,加标回收率在97.4%~111.43%之间,RSD在0.38%~1.88%之间。The contents of 6 elements of Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Pb and As were determined,to provide the basis for the modern study of Angelica sinensis. Four elements of Cu,Fe,Mn and Zn were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and the other two elements of Pb and As were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in Angelica sinensis after it was digested by microwave- assisted sample digestion. Results showed that the contents of Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Pb and As were 4. 95 μg·g^(-1),333. 65 μg·g^(-1),7. 75 μg·g^(-1),13. 34 μg·g^(-1),0. 68μg·g^(-1)and 0. 56 μg·g^(-1),respectively. The addition standard recoveries were between 97. 4% ~ 111. 43%,RSD was between 0. 38% ~ 1. 88%. The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
