摘  要:建立蟾酥及其提取物中吲哚类总生物碱的含量测定方法。以5-羟色胺为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定蟾酥及提取物中吲哚类生物碱的含量。5-羟色胺质量在52.8~158.4μg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9990),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD值为0.28%。蟾酥提取物A中吲哚类生物碱的含量较高,蟾酥样品中含量较低。紫外可见分光光度法简便,精密度高,可作为蟾酥制剂质量控制的参考。A method was developed for the determination of indole alkaloids in Toad Venom and its withdraws. With5-hydroxy tryptamine as the reference substance,content of indole alkaloids in Toad Venom and its withdraws was determinated by UV spectrophotometriy. The mass of 5-hydroxy tryptamine had a good linear relationship with absorbance at the range of 52. 8 ~ 158. 4 μg( r = 0. 9990),and the average recovery was 99. 0%,RSD was 0. 28%. Content of indole alkaloids in Toad Venom was higher than that in its withdraws. The ultraviolet spectrophotometric method is simple and its sensitivity is high,and can be used as reference for quality control of arenobufagin preparation.
