摘  要:介绍了山东某电厂现有的脱硫除尘系统为炉内脱硫+单室三电场的静电除尘器,改造成炉内脱硫+半干法脱硫+电袋除尘器除尘工艺,实现了二氧化硫、烟尘排放浓度分别不高于35 mg/Nm^3、10 mg/Nm^3,使锅炉排放满足最新的排放要求。该改造最大限度的利用了现有场地,而且还无二次污染,探讨了中小锅炉炉内脱硫+半干法脱硫+电袋复合技术超低排放的改造应用和优势。The transformation of the furnace desulfurization + electrostatic precipitator of single room three electric field in a power plant in Shandong was introduced. Using the furnace desulfurization + semi-dry desulfurization + electric bag dust removal process,the sulfur dioxide and dust emission concentration were less than 35 and 10 mg / Nm3,respectively. The boiler discharge met the latest emission requirements. The transformation maximized the use of existing venues,and had no pollution. The application and advantages of the ultra low emission of the small and middle- sized boiler of the furnace desulfurization + semi-dry FGD technology + electric bag composite technology were discussed.
