摘　　要：经编无缝女式运动内衣是由RDPJ6/2双针床经编机生产的一次成型织物。介绍了经编无缝女式运动内衣成形结构、款式设计及功能性设计三方面。经编无缝女式运动内衣是将一个长筒的下半圆筒从内部往上翻,经过后道剪裁加工形成的双层运动内衣。经编无缝女式运动内衣的款式设计基于非接触式三维人体扫描技术获得的数据,并且结合人体各部分肌肉运动分区进行组织结构设计。其功能性体现在具有无扣式肩带设计、一体成型弹力包覆、黄金聚拢背心、工字形弧流线、排潮高透气材质等方面。最后总结了经编无缝女式运动内衣设计要点,为今后经编无缝女式运动内衣的设计提供新思路。Warp knitted seamless women＇ s sports bra was produced by RDPJ6/2 double-needle bed warp knitting machine.The structure,style design and functional design of warp knitting seamless women＇s sports bra were introduced.Such bra was a double sports bra which was made by inside upward folding of a long-cylinder and after-cutting processing.The bra style design was based on data obtained by non-contact 3D body scanning technology and combined with organization structure design of muscle motion partition of human body.Its functions were represented by aglet design without button,integrated elastic coating,gold vest,I-section arc streamline and breathable material with moist release.Finally the key design points of the bra were summarized,which provided new thought for the future design of warp knitting seamless women＇s sports bra.
