摘 要:以生产高强度螺纹的滚丝机主轴为研究对象,基于有限元理论,运用SolidWorks建立滚丝机主轴三维模型,并采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其在实际工况条件下进行静力分析,从而得出主轴的应力分布和变形情况,并找到其应力薄弱环节。在此基础上,以主轴的部分特征尺寸为设计变量,以实际强度和刚度条件作为约束,以主轴质量最小为目标函数,进行主轴的特征尺寸优化设计,并对优化后与优化前的主轴受力情况进行对比。结果表明,在满足实际的强度和刚度条件下,主轴质量降低了5.1%。对优化后主轴进行了模态分析,校核临界转速以避免主轴产生共振情况,使得主轴整体力学性能得到了提升,并降低了成本。To solve the problem in rolling machine spindle design,this paper takes the spindle of the rolling machine which produces the high strength thread as the research object,and builds the three-dimensional model of a rolling machine spindle with SolidWorks,and uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to make static analysis under actual working conditions.Thus,we can get the stress distribution and deformation of the spindle,and we can find the stress weaknesses parts.Based on this,we take some feature dimensions of the spindle as the design variables,use the actual strength and stiffness conditions as constraints,and take the minimum quality of the spindle as objective function,so we can carry on the optimization design of the spindle,and compare the force conditions of the spindle with that before the optimization.The results show that the design can meet the conditions of strength and stiffness,and the quality of the spindle reduces by 5.1%.We carry on modal analysis about the optimized spindle,and check the critical speed of the spindle to avoid resonance conditions,so we have improved overall mechanical performance of the spindle,and reduced the cost.This design provides some theoretical foundation for the improvement and optimization of spindle of the rolling machine.
