扁平苔藓中Th17细胞相关因子研究进展

摘　　要：扁平苔癣(Lichen Planus,LP)是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,其特征性的病理改变为基底膜带的液化变性及真皮浅层淋巴细胞的带状浸润。Th17细胞是近年来发现的一种辅助性细胞,它是由CD4^+T细胞在一些细胞因子的刺激下分化而来。近年来大量研究表明Th17细胞相关因子如IL-17、IL-22、IL-23在LP病变处高表达,它们在介导损伤部位炎细胞浸润及基底膜带的破坏都有重要的作用。本文就Th17细胞相关因子与LP的关系作一综述。Lichen planus（LP） is a kind of chronic inflammatory skin disease,its characterized pathological changes are the the liquefaction of basement membrane zone and the band-like infiltration of lymphocytes in the superficial layer of dermis.Th17 cells are a kind of helper cells found in recent years,derived from CD4＋ T cells under the stimulated of some cytokines.In recent years,a large number of studies show that Th17 cell-related cytokines such as IL-17,IL-22,IL-23 are high expressed in LP lesions,they have an important role in the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the destruction of basement membrane.In this paper,we make a review of the relationship between Th17 cell-related cytokines and LP.
