摘 要:采用等离子活化烧结技术,制备了具有(100)择优取向的钛酸镨(Pr_2Ti_2O_7)织构陶瓷,研究了烧结工艺对其显微结构、织构化及铁电性能的影响。结果表明:经过两步等离子活化烧结后,Pr_2Ti_2O_7晶粒呈片层状平行于样品表面规则排列,沿(100)晶面取向生长,其织构度因子为0.72且结构致密,外观完整规则。该织构化陶瓷具有较强的铁电各向异性,沿平行于(100)晶面生长方向具有更高的剩余极化强度。Textured Pr2Ti2O7 ceramics with the (100) preferred orientation were prepared via plasma activated slnterlng (PAS). The influence of PAS process on the microstructure, texturization and ferroelectric properties of the ceramics was investigated. The results indicate that the Pr2Ti2O7 ceramics prepared by the two-step PAS show a significant (100) preferred orientation with a great Lotgering factor of 0.72. The plate-like grains prefer to grow along the direction parallel to the samples' surface, and the ceramics are dense and complete. The ferroelectric properties of the Pr2Ti2O7 ceramics are anisotropic due to the textured structure. The remanent polarization parallel to the (100)-plane direction is greater than that along other directions.
