摘 要:文章运用聚类分析,对蝴蝶兰213份种质资源的26个表型性状进行分类研究。R型聚类分析结果表明,蝴蝶兰叶部的4个性状:叶形、叶片姿态、叶片花青甙、叶片纹理,以及花部的11个性状:花梗颜色、花序类型、花朵正面宽(花径)、花瓣厚度、总花朵数、花香、花色、侧萼片形状、花瓣形状、唇瓣须和类型在分类中起重要作用。Q型聚类分析得出,在结合线L1=4.667处将213份蝴蝶兰品种资源分为2大类型,即杂交种和原生种,这2大类依据各品种的相似性状细分为20小类,基本弄清蝴蝶兰种质资源的亲缘关系。Classification research was conducted on the 26 phenotypic traits of 213 Phalaenopsis germplasm resources by the cluster analysis. R type cluster analysis showed that 4 traits of leaf: leaf shape, leaf orientation, leaf anthoeyanin coloration, leaf texture, and 11 traits of flower: peduncle color, inflorescence type, flower length in front view (flower diameter), flower petals thickness, number of flowers, flower fragrance, flower color, lateral sepal shape, petals shape, lip pubescence and types played an important role in classification. Q type cluster analysis indicated 213 resources could be divided into two types according to the binding line with the LI value of 4.667, namely hybrid and native species. The two categories were subdivided into 20 small classes according to the similar traits of various varieties. The relative relationships of Phalaenopsis germplasm resources were basically hammered out.
